  Meet Bill Francis

A 30-year YMCA and Army Special Forces veteran, Bill chose our beautiful mountains as the perfect  place to retire. But, he has gracefully consented to head up our TeamWorks efforts when serious team building requests are made by our guests!

He is one of the most knowledgeable team dynamics  people we have ever met. Over the years he has taught a broad range of leadership principles,  practices and techniques,  team building skills and executive workshops. When you factor in his Special Forces experience, extensive knowledge of the outdoors, and organizational ability, you begin to see why we’re proud to offer his Team Building services at Neverland Farms.
