THE SEASON
Neverland Farms is open from April 1 to November 15, Tuesday through Sunday. 
We are happy to discuss event ideas that fall outside our normal season. 

EVENT FEE - fully catered events!
We offer two types of   FULLY CATERED events - Standard and Deluxe.   The Deluxe features an expanded menu and more expensive entrees.    Other than food,  event amenities are identical.  The per person price includes PRIVATE use of the farm and facilities, an "All You Can Eat Cookout", Neverland staff and guides, unlimited beverages and ice, pre-event coordination, reproducible invitation and maps,  sound system and CD library, and Standard Neverland Activities.   Any size group is welcome, as long as Event Minimums are met.  
A deposit based on your estimated attendance is required with a signed contract to hold your reservation.   

NON-CATERED EVENTS ... facility rental only!
If you'd like to have your event at Neverland,  but think it would be fun to do "pot luck" or "grill your own",
we're happy to accommodate you.  We charge a flat event fee (detailed below) that gives you ALL of  Neverland's standard amenities EXCEPT FOOD AND BEVERAGE!   That includes use of our outdoor cooking facilities, firewood, ice,  paper goods, etc.   Our only request is that you not use an outside professional caterer - unless
your business happens to be catering or event planning.  We quote large non-catered events (over 150 people) on an individual basis,  as the cost of our hospitality services increases proportionally to the size of the group.  We must also evaluate your special needs. 

EVENT HOURS
Appreciation Events run about 4 -5 hours, and Retreats (50 people or less) about 5 - 7.  Because your group will be the only one booked for a given day, you can select a time that suits your guests.    Evening events are restricted to Friday and Saturday, and are usually adult only.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
All food served at NFI events must be provided by our in-house catering team, unless you have opted for a non-catered event.  Exceptions to this rule are handled on an individual basis.   Your menu options are determined by which type event you are booking - Standard or Deluxe.    The menu will be customized for your event.    A food guarantee is required two weeks prior to your event.  Your bill, due at the event, will reflect this guarantee.  Additional guests will be added on.  Unlimited sodas, iced tea,  water and ice are provided by Neverland Farms throughout the event.   Ice needed for beverages supplied by the group can be purchased from us for $1.00 per 7 lb. bag.  A 7% sales tax will be assessed only on the food and beverage portion of your total event cost (approximately 50%).

TRANSPORTATION
The Farm is not accessible by large motor coach.  Mini buses are fine, however, and we can arrange this mode of transportation for you at the going rate.  If your guests drive, they will find ample parking room on the property.  We are located off  gravel roads, so you probably won't want to wash the car before you visit!

DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS & GUARANTEES
Fully Catered Events ... A 50% deposit (based on your estimated attendance) is required  with the signed booking contract,   which confirms the reservation.  If the event is cancelled up to 30 days prior,   80% of the deposit will be refunded.  20% is retained for direct coordination and collateral costs already incurred by NFI.  If the event is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the event, the entire deposit is forfeited.  A catering  guarantee (total guests - adult and child  breakdown)  is required two (2)  weeks prior to the event.  The final payment will be based on this guarantee - less your deposit.    Charges for guests in excess of the guarantee, and any other add-ons, will be added to the final bill.  Final payment is due when the event is held. 

Non-Catered Events ... A 50% deposit (based on the estimated facility rental charge) is required with the signed booking contract.  Cancellation policies are the same as for catered events.  The food guarantee does not apply.   The balance of the total event charge is due when the event is held.
Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. 

WEATHER
Neverland Farms is an outdoor facility, extremely enjoyable from early Spring through Fall. We have a large barn pavilion and plenty of shade.  Tents are added for large groups.  You are encouraged to come prepared for a light shower or cool breeze.  It is rare that Mother Nature completely lets us down and spoils the fun.  But in those cases, we reserve the exclusive right to cancel an event the morning of the event.  We mobilize your pre-determined cancellation team via phone to minimize inconvenience. 

Catered Events Only ... If your event is cancelled due to weather,  we will make every effort to reschedule at your convenience.   If you do not rebook,  50% of your initial deposit will be refunded.  We will, of course, have incurred considerable food costs.  So that nothing goes to waste, we donate the food purchased and prepared for your event to local shelters in our area. 

DRUGS, SMOKING & ALCOHOL
Neverland Farms, Inc. (NFI) is a drug and (primarily) smoke-free environment. Smoking is only permitted
at the picnic tables, where ash cans are provided, and at the Council FirePit.  In compliance with county laws,  Neverland Farms does not purchase or serve alcoholic beverages. Group leaders may opt to serve alcoholic beverages, and are responsible for organizing and monitoring a Designated Driver Plan. No one under the age of  21 will consume alcohol on the premises.   Neverland Farms, Inc. is hereby held harmless as to the consumption and liability of alcoholic beverages.

LIABILITY
We do everything within our power to make Neverland Farms a safe place to visit.    It is understood that if your event is a company outing, and in the event of an injury, workmen’s compensation will be filed by employees in accordance with your corporate policies and procedures, thus holding harmless Neverland Farms, Inc. If your event is private, NFI will also be held harmless for any injuries to your guests.

DAMAGES
Any form of damage to Neverland Farms property or animals will result in additional charges to the group renting the facility.  Loss or damage of personal property is not the responsibility of   NFI.
